Two hurt in early morning fire
Two people were injured when a fire ravaged a Fort Dodge apartment early Thursday morning.
The fire at 258 Ave. M West was reported at 2:22 a.m. It caused severe damage to an apartment and the attic of the building.
Two people were taken to UnityPoint Health – Trinity Regional Medical Center for treatment of smoke inhalation.
Police and firefighters were on the scene for about six hours.
