CLARION — The Spring Coin Show will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. SATURDAY at the Heartland Museum Ballroom in Clarion. Free admission. U.S. and foreign coins, tokens, medals, stamps, comics, sports cards and other collectibles will be for sale.
In Fort Dodge
FORT DODGE — Knights of Columbus Lenten Fish Fry is 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. TODAY at Holy Trinity Parish Center, 405 N. Eighth St. Dinners include fried fish, baked fish, shrimp or grilled cheese served with baked potato or french fries, coleslaw, roll, ice cream and beverages. The meal will be served dine in or carryout. Tickets for fried fish, baked fish or shrimp are $13, combo meal of fish and shrimp is $15, grilled cheese or kid’s portion is $7 for children ages 12 and under. No credit cards will be accepted.
FORT DODGE — The Fort Dodge Public Library, 424 Central Ave., will host a free program at 10 a.m. SATURDAY with Tyler Sullivan from Iowa Scenic Views on Foot. Sullivan has been to almost all Iowa counties, and at least 1,300 cityes across the state. He runs at least a mile in each community he visits and writes a poem for each county he visits. He has visited 500 Iowa museums in the last two years.
Easter Egg Hunts
HARCOURT — An Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 10 a.m. SATURDAY at the Harcourt Community Center, 116 Larch St., for ages preschool through fourth grade.
CLARION — An Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 10:30 a.m. SATURDAY at Tornado Park, Clarion. Kids can hunt for eggs, win prizes and take pictures with the Easter Bunny. Boy Scouts will sell mini donuts, weather permitting.
OTHO — The Otho Easter Egg Hunt will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. SATURDAY at the Otho Park for the following age groups: up to age 4, ages 5 to 8, ages 9 to 12.
