WEBSTER CITY — First Congregational United Church of Christ will hold its spring thrift sale from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. TODAY and 8 a.m. to noon SATURDAY at the church, 1000 Willson Ave, Webster City.
DAYTON — The Dayton Vendor Expo will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. SATURDAY at the Dayton Community Center, 104 First St. NW, Dayton. Lunch provided by the Pork Producers and POET will be held at noon for a freewill donation.
FONDA — The father/daughter acoustic duo of Josh and Rowyn Nielsen will perform at 3 p.m. SUNDAY at the Fonda Arts Center. Free admission.
ROWAN — A Night of Country Music will be held at 6:30 p.m. SATURDAY in the Iowa River Players Theater, 901 Broadway St., Rowan. Freewill donations will be accepted. Doors open at 6 p.m.
In Fort Dodge
FORT DODGE — The 16th annual Fur Ball will be held at 5:30 p.m. SATURDAY at the Laramar Ballroom, 710 First Ave. N., to benefit the Almost Home Humane Society of North Central Iowa. There will be food, live music, silent and live auctions, 50/50 raffle, and of course some furry friends to meet. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. They can be purchased at Almost Home or HyVee.
FORT DODGE — Duncombe Fun Night will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. SATURDAY at Duncombe Elementary School, 1620 Sixth Ave. N. There will be games for kids, a dollar raffle and silent auction, and food available to purchase.
FORT DODGE — Iowa Central Spring Showcase will be held at 7 p.m. TODAY in Decker Auditorium at Iowa Central Community College, 1 Triton Circle. The concert is free and open to the public.
