Fort Dodge Mayor Matt Bemrich reads a proclamation honoring Fort Dodge Police Dept. Lt. Matt Wilson upon his retirement after 28 years of service to the community. Wilson joined the Police Department on July 8, 1997. He was promoted to sergeant in 2004 and to lieutenant in 2008. He will retire on Jan. 9.
