WEBSTER CITY — The Jane Young House, 629 Elm St., Webster City, is holding Festival of Trees from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. TODAY and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. SATURDAY. Wine and cheese will be served today. The event is sponsored by the Webster City Women’s Club. The house is handicap accessible. A freewill donation will be accepted.

CALLENDER — Women of the Word at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, Callender, are holding an annual Christmas Fair from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. SATURDAY in the church fellowship hall. There will be a bake sale and lefse sale. Lunch of beef burgers or chicken salad in a Krumkake bowl with salads, cookies and Scandinavian pastries will be served for $10 per person. The fellowship hall is accessible through the north or south doors.

VINCENT — Vincent Fire and Rescue is holding Spaghetti and Meatballs with Santa from 5:30 to 7 p.m. SATURDAY in the Vincent Community Hall, Vincent. Santa will arrive at 6 p.m. Tickets are $5 per person.

WEBSTER CITY — Kendall Young Library, Webster City, is holding Cookie Decorating for all ages from 10 a.m. to noon SATURDAY at the library. The event is free.

In Fort Dodge

FORT DODGE — Christmas Market at the Fort Museum Trading Post, 1 Museum Road, is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. TODAY. The market will be held 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday through Dec. 23.

FORT DODGE — Lights at Kennedy is 6 to 9 p.m. TODAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY at Kennedy Park Campground, 1417 Nelson Ave. Admission is freewill donation.

FORT DODGE — St. Edmond Craft and Vendor Show is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. SATURDAY at St. Edmond Catholic School, 2220 Fourth Ave. N. There will be over 100 vendors and handmade crafters from all over the state of Iowa showcasing an array of items including baked goods, candles, holiday decor, boutiques, antiques, clothing and more. There will be door prizes, pictures with Santa, gift wrapping, bake sale, hot chocolate bar and full concession stand serving breakfast, lunch, drinks and snacks. Admission is $5 per person.

FORT DODGE — “A Time For Angels” Service of Remembrance is 1:30 p.m. SUNDAY at St. Olaf Lutheran Church, 239 N. 11th St. At the conclusion of the service, all will be invited to the church fellowship hall for refreshments.

FORT DODGE — Fort Dodge Area Symphony presents “Under the Mistletoe” at 3 p.m. SUNDAY in the Fort Dodge Middle School Auditorium, 800 N. 32nd St. Admission is by season membership or $15 for adults with children and students free.

FORT DODGE — Hawkeye Community Theatre, 521 N. 12th St., presents “A Fairy Tale Christmas Carol” at 7 p.m. TODAY and 2 and 7 p.m. SATURDAY at the theatre. Tickets are $10 per person and are available at the door.

FORT DODGE — Iowa Central Community College Music Department presents “Sounds of the Season” holiday concert at 7 p.m. TODAY in Decker Auditorium, Center for Performing Arts, on the ICCC campus, 1 Triton Circle. Admission is free.

FORT DODGE — The 21st annual Jennie Williamson Christmas Concert is 6:30 p.m. TODAY at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 400 S. 13th St. A freewill offering will be accepted.

FORT DODGE — The Trinity Singers of Trinity United Methodist Church, 838 N. 25th St., will present the annual Christmas Cantata at 5:30 p.m. SATURDAY and 9:30 a.m. SUNDAY at the church.

FORT DODGE — The Fort Dodge Public Library, 424 Central Ave., is holding Holiday Extravaganza Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. SATURDAY at the library. Children may write a letter to Santa for the Santa mailbox, do dot coloring and get a goodie bag while supplies last. All month long there will be a guessing jar and searching for Santa.
