HARCOURT — The Harcourt Public Library, 106 W. Second St., Harcourt, is holding a Christmas Open House from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. SATURDAY at the library. There will be a coffee bar, book and bake sale and a silent auction.

HARCOURT — Jamie Aaron Kelley fourth annual Christmas Tour is coming to the Lost Grove Community Center, 116 Larch St., Harcourt, at 7 p.m. SATURDAY. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. This is a family-friendly Christmas show. A freewill offering will be accepted for the Lost Grove Community Center preservation fund.

HARCOURT — Santa is coming to Harcourt at 10 a.m. SATURDAY at the Lost Grove Community Center, Harcourt. Come meet Santa and enjoy hot coffee or hot chocolate and holiday treats and sweets. There will be a drawing for a free turkey. The event is being hosted by the Harcourt American Legion and Harcourt Community Club.

FORT DODGE — Christmas Market at the Fort Museum Trading Post, 1 Museum Road, is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. TODAY. The market will be held 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday through Dec. 23.

FORT DODGE — The Fort Dodge Public Library, 424 Central Ave., is holding Holiday Extravaganza Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. SATURDAY at the library. Children may write a letter to Santa for the Santa mailbox, do dot coloring and get a goodie bag while supplies last. All month long there will be a guessing jar and searching for Santa.

FORT DODGE — Operation Ornament is noon to 7 p.m. TODAY, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. SATURDAY and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. SUNDAY at The Laramar Ballroom, 710 First Ave. N. The event supports military and their families during the holiday season. There will be 40 themed trees, a loaded hot cocoa bar, homemade holiday treats, a visit with Santa, arts and crafts and music. Freewill donations will be accepted. There will be an adults only cocktail hour from 7 to 10 p.m. SATURDAY.

FORT DODGE — Lights at Kennedy is 6 to 9 p.m. TODAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY at Kennedy Park Campground, 1417 Nelson Ave. Admission is freewill donation.
