ROCKWELL CITY — St. Francis Catholic Church, 744 Main St., Rockwell City, is holding its annual Turkey Dinner from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. SUNDAY at the church. Tickets are $15 per person. The dinner will be served dine in or drive through for carryout orders.
POCAHONTAS — PocaHAUNTus is from 7 to 10 p.m. TODAY and SATURDAY at the Pocahontas Fire Station Shed, 300 N.W. Seventh St. Admission is $15 per person. All participants must sign a waiver. Children ages 12 and under must be with a parental guardian. Proceeds will benefit local non-profits and community projects, the fire department and the chamber.
LEHIGH — Lehigh Methodist Church is holding a Lord’s Portion Dinner and Bake Sale from 5 to 7 p.m. SATURDAY at the church in Lehigh. The menu is Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn or beans, salad, pie, fresh baked roll and a drink. Tickets are $13 for adults, $7 for children ages 9 and under, and free for children ages 4 and under. Carryouts will be available by calling 515-359-2329.
LIVERMORE — Livermore 1879 Project second annual Haunted Forest is 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. SATURDAY at the Livermore Swimming Pool Park, 201 Ninth Ave., Livermore. There will be family fun for all ages in the shelter house along with kids coloring, hot chocolate and cookies. Admission is freewill donation to benefit the Livermore community.
ROCKWELL CITY — The Calhoun County Historical Society is holding a free Big Band Dance and Concert from 6:30 to 9 p.m. SATURDAY at the Calhoun County Museum, Rockwell City. There will be live music featuring the Al Welsh Orchestra. The evening is open to the public along with goodies provided, including pop, bars and popcorn. Admission is free, but freewill donations for the museum will be accepted.
WEBSTER CITY — The Webster City Women’s Club is holding Halloween Mysteries from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. SATURDAY at the Jane Young House, 629 Elm St., Webster City. There will be two mysteries, one for children ages 5 to 8, and a second for older children and adults. The event is free.

FORT DODGE — OneVision Trunk or Treat is 5:30 to 7 p.m. SUNDAY at 1470 21st Ave. N. This is an inclusive evening of fun.
FORT DODGE — DEA Drug Take Back Day is 10 a.m. to noon SATURDAY at Daniel Pharmacy, 1114 Central Ave.
FORT DODGE — Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1436 21st Ave. N., is holding a Trunk or Treat event from 3 to 6:30 p.m. SUNDAY at the church. There will be pumpkin decorating from 3 to 5 p.m. and trunk or treat from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Free hot dogs and hot cocoa will be available.
FORT DODGE — “A Haunting in the Village … What could possibly go wrong???” is 7 to 10 p.m. TODAY and SATURDAY at the Fort Museum Frontier Village, 1 Museum Road. Tickets are $5 each, with a family maximum of $20. Children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
FORT DODGE — Fort Museum second annual Trunk or Treat is 4 to 6:30 p.m. SUNDAY at the Fort Museum Village, 1 Museum Road. There will be kids’ games for prizes. The event is weather permitting. Admission is freewill donation to support the Fort Museum.
FORT DODGE — The Eagles Club, 1018 First Ave. N., will hold its 15th annual Monster’s Ball at 7 p.m. SATURDAY in the Eagle’s Ballroom, third floor. The ball will feature live music from bands including 3 Finger Betty, Dirty $ Bills and Section 7, games, prizes and a costume contest. This is an all-ages event. Those 21 years and older are required to show ID at the door. Tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased at the door.
FORT DODGE — Going the Distance Fundraiser Remembrance and Awareness Walk to support the Domestic Sexual Assault Outreach Center in Fort Dodge will begin at 10 a.m. SATURDAY at Sunkissed Meadows.
