Fort Dodge police have arrested a man in connection with a homicide Tuesday morning.

Rolman Humberto Recinos Gonzales, 38, of Fort Dodge, has been charged with first degree murder, trafficking in stolen weapons and person ineligible to carry dangerous weapons, police reported.

He is being held in the Webster County Jail.

The homicide occurred at about 1:04 a.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of North 28th Street.

The name of the man who was shot to death has not been released because authorities have been unable to reach his next of kin.
