A large building that until recently housed DK Diesel of Fort Dodge was severely damaged in a Friday night blaze.

The fire at 2755 200th St. was reported at 10:23 p.m. It was considered contained at 1 a.m. Saturday, but firefighters remained on the scene after that time.

Firefighters from Vincent, Duncombe, Otho, Badger and Lehigh responded. Webster County sheriff’s deputies were also on scene.
