HUMBOLDT — Humboldt Farmer’s Market is 8 a.m. to noon SATURDAY in the 600 block of Sumner Avenue, downtown Humboldt.
LEHIGH — The Lehigh Methodist Church will be serving Second Sunday Supper from 5 to 7 p.m. SUNDAY for a freewill offering. The menu is pulled pork sandwich, cheesy potatoes, dessert and a drink.
ALGONA — The Algona 26th annual Founders’ Days are 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. TODAY, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. SATURDAY and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. SUNDAY. The parade is at 6 p.m. today. FORT DODGE — Karl L. King Municipal Band Concert is 7:30 p.m. SUNDAY at the Karl L. King Band Shell in Oleson Park. There is no admission charge, courtesy of the city of Fort Dodge. Persons attending are reminded to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets. No seating is provided.
FORT DODGE — Fort Dodge Ford Toyota — Ja-Mar Cruise is 5 to 8 p.m. TODAY at Fort Dodge Ford Toyota parking lot, 2723 Fifth Ave. S. There will be cars, motorcycles, food vendors, music and outdoor family fun. The event is free and open to the public.
FORT DODGE — Webster County Conservation is holding Coffee and Conservation at 10 a.m. SATURDAY at the Matt Cosgrove River’s Edge Discovery Center, 20 N. First St. The topic is archeology awareness. The program will be presented by Deann Haden, certified field and laboratory technician with Iowa Archaeological Society. Coffee and light snacks will be provided.
FORT DODGE — Fort Dodge Opera House, 1 Museum Road, is hosting “The Pub and Grub Comedy Tour” at 8 p.m. SATURDAY. Doors open at 7 p.m. The show stars Nate Ford with co-star Nick Hartley and is for mature audiences only. Tickets can be purchased at the bar or online for $15. Tickets are $20 at the door.
FORT DODGE — The 19th annual Fun Run Angel Ride to “Save the TaTas” is 9 a.m. SATURDAY. The ride begins at Amigo’s, 280 N. First St. Registration is 9 to 11 a.m. Cost is $20 per person. There will be a party bus available. The silent auction is all day and the live auction starts at 6 p.m. Ride stops are Mulligan’s in Gowrie, Lucky Pig Pub and Grill in Ogden, Whatch Smokin’ BBQ in Luther, Pickles Bar in Kamrar, American Tap in Webster City and return to Amigo’s in Fort Dodge.
