Farnhamville man convicted of first degree murder
Nathaniel Bevers-McGivney, 22, of Farnhamville, was convicted of first degree murder Wednesday.
District Court Judge Derek Johnson announced the verdict in the bench trial at around 1 p.m.
Bevers-McGivney was convicted of killing Michele “Luna” Jackson in the Farnhamville City Park in September 2024. He faces a mandatory sentence of life in prison with no chance of parole.
