Two people were taken to UnityPoint Health — Trinity Regional Medical Center following a crash at Second Avenue North and North 15th Street Monday afternoon. The crash, which happened around 3:30 p.m., involved a Honda sedan and a Chevrolet sport utility vehicle. It blocked both southbound lanes of North 15th Street and the eastbound lane of Second Avenue North. The city police and fire departments responded. The crash remains under investigation by Fort Dodge police.
