Fort Dodge Fire Chief Matt Price reads the book “Sprinkles the Fire Dog” to a small group of children Thursday morning during the first Story Time Hour at the Vision Center in Walmart, 3036 First Ave. S. He also answered some questions from the children about fire safety. Story Time Hour at the Vision Center will be a regular event this summer. The next one is scheduled for June 19. Teri Boezinger, the curriculum director for the Fort Dodge Community School District, along with some faculty members from the Early Childhood Center, will be reading to the kids that day.
