Paukert to join Senior High as assistant principal
Previously spent time in Eagle Grove, Webster City districts

Fort Dodge Senior High School will have a new assistant principal for the next school year.
Marta Paukert has 18 years of experience as a high school school counselor. She spent 13 years in the Eagle Grove Community School District and the past five years as a guidance counselor in the Webster City Community School District.
“Her experience in secondary education and student support services positions her well to contribute to the continued success of Fort Dodge Senior High,” said Fort Dodge Superintendent Josh Porter.
Paukert has a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Northwestern College in Orange City, a Master of Science in School Guidance and Counseling from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Iowa State University in Ames.
“I’m excited to start this new chapter and look forward to learning what it means to be a Dodger,” Paukert said.
