BARNUM — By Grace of God Church is holding a Craft Sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. TODAY at the church, 326 West St., Barnum.

DAKOTA CITY — The Humboldt County Historical Museum presents Victorian Beauty Secrets and Fashion Program at 11 a.m. SATURDAY in the Millhouse Ballroom, 905 First Ave. N., Dakota City. The program will explore how proper ladies accomplished their doe like complexion and dresses to flow just right. The program is for ages 12 and older. Admission is $5 for adults and free for children ages 18 and under.

LAKE VIEW — Stone Pier Summer Concert series presents A Celebration of Tom Petty, “Good To Be King,” with Todd Partridge and Friends at 5:30 p.m. SATURDAY at Black Hawk Lake. There is no admission charge. Concertgoers are allowed to bring food and beverages to the picnic-style performances, food is available for sale with all proceeds directly benefitting the concert series.

LIVERMORE — Livermore Swimming Pool Benefit is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. SUNDAY at the Livermore Pool Park, Livermore. Pork patties, hot dogs, baked beans, chips, bar, fruit and lemonade will be served for a freewill donation.

LEHIGH — The Lehigh Methodist Church will be serving Second Sunday Supper from 5 to 7 p.m. SUNDAY for a freewill offering. The menu is loose meat sandwiches, beans, chips, dessert and drink. Carryouts are available by calling 515-359-2329 after 4 p.m. Sunday.

FORT DODGE — Frontier Days is 4 to 11 p.m. TODAY, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. SATURDAY and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. SUNDAY at the Fort Museum, 1 Museum Road. Adult wristbands are $10 and ages 12 and under wristbands are $5.

FORT DODGE — The Frontier Days Parade begins at 10 a.m. SATURDAY in downtown Fort Dodge.

FORT DODGE — The Noon Lions and the Fort Museum are holding a Sunday Pancake Breakfast from 9 to 11 a.m. SUNDAY in the Fort Museum Opera House, 1 Museum Road. Enter the Opera House from the north (side) door. Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for ages 12 and under. No Frontier Days wrist band is required.

FORT DODGE — St. Edmond Catholic School Respect for Life Rummage Sale is 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. TODAY and 7:30 a.m. to noon SATURDAY at the Corpus Christi Center, 403 N. Eighth St.

FORT DODGE — Double Up for Dave Knupp Benefit Scotch Doubles Tournament is 9 a.m. SATURDAY at the Eagles Club, 1018 First Ave. N. Draw time is 9 a.m., start time is 9:30 a.m. Cost is $20 per player, $40 per team. There will also be a silent auction and lunch. Knupp is a long time pool and dart player. He was diagnosed with brain, lung and bone cancer. All funds raised will go to assist with medical and daily expenses.
