A woman was pulled from a van that was partially submerged in the Des Moines River south of Fort Dodge Saturday night.

The van was found in the water near Henderson Landing.

The incident was reported at about 8:16 p.m. By 9 p.m. firefighters had her out of the van and into an ambulance on the way to UnityPoint Health – Trinity Regional Medical Center.
