Carlie Crouch, 6, her brother James Crouch, 12, and their grandfather, James “Sonny” Rivera, of Fort Dodge, pose with the cat and dog sculptures they created in Armstrong Park Thursday. Rivera said they spent about an hour and a half making the snow sculptures in the calm after Wednesday's storm, adding that the snow was perfect for packing.
