12th Street reopens

A van travels south on 12th Street near its intersection with Second Avenue South Friday evening, a few hours after that section of road reopened to traffic. South 12th Street between Second and Fourth avenues south had been closed since August so that a roughly $1.2 million storm sewer improvement project could be completed.
