Shaylynn Cunningham, of Pierson; Sophia Smith, of Lake City; and Layla Calmer, of Manson, and Olivia Carlson, of Rockwell City, were the winners of the Sprouts Division of the Bill Riley Talent Search at the Calhoun County Expo in Rockwell City. Smith received first place, Calmer and Carlson received second place, and Cunningham, third place Wednesday. Smith, Calmer and Carlson will be advancing to the next level of competition at the Iowa State Fair in August.
