FORT DODGE — Webster County Health Department is partnering with Iowa Total Care and Hy-Vee for Community Connection Wellness Bash from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. SATURDAY at Athletics For Education & Success, 712 Third St. N.W. Green to Go Program will give away 10,000 pieces of fresh produce to community members. There will also be shelf sustainable foods, family giveaways, family activities and more.

FORT DODGE — Fort Dodge Parks and Recreation is holding National Bicycle Month Glow Ride from 7:30 to 9 p.m. SATURDAY at the Oleson Park Music Pavilion. There will be 2K and 5K rides. There will be glow sticks and zip ties to decorate your bike, first come, first served.

FORT DODGE — Celebrate Mother’s Day in downtown Fort Dodge beginning at 10 a.m. SATURDAY. There will be vendors, crafts, food trucks and activities. There will be free kid’s crafts from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

FORT DODGE — A free meal will be held at First United Methodist Church, 127 N. 10th St., from 5 to 7 p.m. on SATURDAY. The menu includes smoked porkloin, baked beans, salads, dinner roll, chips, drinks and dessert. There will be a bingo game for adults and kids after the meal with prizes.

LIVERMORE — Livermore American Legion Otto Field Post 415 is holding a Breakfast fundraiser from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. SUNDAY in the Livermore Legion basement. The menu is pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and homemade cinnamon rolls for $10 per person.

HUMBOLDT — Humbolt County Historical Association is holding a Genealogy Workshop from 1 to 4 p.m. SATURDAY at 905 First Ave. N., Dakota City. Learn how to research your own family tree. Admission is $5 per person ages 15 and older. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.

WEBSTER CITY — A presentation on the five builders of Webster City’s railroads will be held at 1:30 p.m. SATURDAY at Mulberry Center Church, Wilson Brewer Historic Park, in Webster City. Freewill offerings will be accepted. The presenter, Ken Lundy, will be in the depot from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and after the presentation until 4 p.m.
