St. Edmond Catholic Schools will host kindergarten roundup and new families information night this month.
The event is scheduled to take place from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Feb. 21 inside the varsity gym located at 2321 Sixth Ave. N.
Parents who choose to enroll their eligible children in an accredited non-public school will receive an amount equal to the per pupil funding allocated to public school districts for the same budget school year.
Funds will be deposited into an education savings account to be used for tuition, fees and other qualified education expenses as specified in the legislation.
Year two eligibility (2024-25 school year) includes all children entering transitional kindergarten and kindergarten, all students enrolled in a public school or a student enrolled in an accredited non-public school with a household income at or below 400% of the 2024 Federal Poverty Guidelines that was updated in January.
