Tickets are $25 per person or reserve a table for eight for $150. Ticket includes hors d'oeuvres, snacks and a midnight champagne toast. Come work on your sewing skills and make your own gloves made just for touch screen phones. Ice cream and toppings will be served for all participants.
CLARE -- Clare Community Center is holding a New Year's Eve Dance from 9 p.m. to midnight SUNDAY. DJ Dan will be playing classic rock and roll. Party favors will be included. A freewill offering will be accepted. Bring your own beverage, pop and water will be available for purchase.
LEHIGH -- First Day Hike is 9 a.m. MONDAY at Dolliver Memorial State Park, 2757 Dolliver Park Ave., Lehigh. Meet at the Center Lodge parking lot. Hike along the river trail and enjoy some winter views of Dolliver State Park. The hike is easy to moderate. Dress for the weather.
