An 18-year-old Duncombe teenager is accused of having sex with a child under the age of 14 on at least two occasions in the last month.

According to court records, Gage Alexander Fibikar, 18, of Duncombe, is charged with two counts of second-degree sexual abuse, both Class B felonies. Court records allege that Fibikar admitted to engaging in sexual activities with the child while in his pickup truck parked at Snell Crawford Park in Fort Dodge on Saturday night. A second criminal complaint states that the defendant admitted to having sex with the minor at a residence in Webster County “around two to three weeks ago.”

Fibikar had his initial appearance in Webster County Magistrate Court on Tuesday.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 9. He is being held in the Webster County Jail on a $50,000 cash-only bond.
