Jackson, Eagle Grove, is holding a Spring Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. SUNDAY at the church, Sandwiches, a variety of salads, dessert and drink will be served. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 10 and under. Tickets may be purchased at the door. Carryouts will be available.

WEBSTER CITY -- Friends of the Kendall Young Library Book Sale is 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. TODAY and 10 a.m. to noon SATURDAY at the library in Webster City. Saturday will feature fill a bag, leave a donation.

FORT DODGE -- Iowa Central Spring Showcase is 2 and 7 p.m. SATURDAY in the auditorium of the Bioscience and Health Sciences building on the Iowa Central Community College campus. Admission is free.
FORT DODGE -- Fort Dodge Senior High Musical "Les Miserables" is 7 p.m. TODAY and 2 p.m. SATURDAY at the Fort Dodge Middle School auditorium, 800 N. 32nd St. Tickets are $12 for adults and $5 for students.
FORT DODGE -- The Fort Dodge Coin Club is hosting its annual Coin Show from noon to 6:30 p.m. TODAY and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. SATURDAY in the Opera House at the Fort Museum. The show is open to the public. There will be a raffle and lunch will be available for purchase.
FORT DODGE -- DEA National RX Takeback Day is 10 a.m. to noon SATURDAY at Daniel Pharmacy, 1114 Central Ave. Bring unused or expired prescription medications for safe disposal.

FORT DODGE -- Hillbilly Sale and Flea Market is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. SATURDAY and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. SUNDAY at the Webster County Fairgrounds, 22770 Old Highway 169 S. Gate admission is $2 per person age 12 and over. 4-H fundraiser breakfast and lunch each day.

FORT DODGE -- Freedom Pointe of Greater Webster County presents Acoustic Republic at 5 p.m. SATURDAY at the Judy Warrick Wellness and Recovery Center, 1303 A St. Music starts at 5 p.m. with dinner served at 6 p.m. There will be a silent auction. The event is for all ages and there is no cover.
FORT DODGE -- Fort Dodge Evening Lions Club is holding a Lions Trivia Night from 6 to 9:30 p.m. TODAY at the Rides Banquet Center, 725 S. 31st St. Social hour begins at 6 p.m. with trivia starting at 7 p.m. Pre-register teams of four to eight people for $10 per person at fdeveninglions@gmail.com. Registration at the door is $20 per person.The winning trivia team will win a cash prize with the balance of the money for the club to help others get glasses, hearing aids and other services. There will be a silent auction and door prizes. This event is for adults.
