SAC CITY — A Lake View man who was the subject of a sexual abuse investigation turned himself into the Sac County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, according to a release from Sac County Sheriff Ken McClure.

William Gerard Biller Jr., 46, was arrested and charged with a series of felony and misdemeanor sex offenses against a minor victim. Criminal complaints show the alleged offenses happened in 2017 at a home in Early. The victim was 13 at the time of the alleged assaults.

According to the release, the victim reported the assaults in August 2022. Aware of the ongoing investigation, Biller turned himself in on Tuesday.

Biller is charged with three counts of third-degree sexual abuse, a Class C felony; three counts of lascivious acts with a child, a Class C felony; and one count of indecent contact with a child, an aggravated misdemeanor.

Biller is being held in the Sac County Jail without bond.
