Per the Fillmore County (MN) Sheriff’s Office, Darwin L. Green was apprehended without incident shortly before 8 a.m. Saturday morning. Green, 27, is charged with aiding and abetting first-degree murder for the Dec. 25 slaying of 46-year-old Montreail Dungy in Fort Dodge.

Lakendrick A. Mosley, 31, was taken into custody in Fillmore County Friday night and is charged with first-degree murder. Both men are in the Fillmore County Jail waiting extradition back to Fort Dodge.
