Webster County Open Photography seeks entries

The Webster County Fair will once again offer the opportunity for local photographers of all ages and skill levels to submit their photos to be judged and displayed at the fair in the open photography class.

Entries will be accepted from June 20 to July 1 by bringing entries in person to the Webster County Extension Office, located at 822 Central Ave, Suite 102.. There is a fee of $1 per entry. All entries will be judged prior to the fair and will receive a ribbon with special awards in multiple categories. The 2022 open class photography judge will be Roger Feldhans. The entries will all also be displayed during the Webster County Fair July 13 to 17.

All photos must be mounted and unframed. They can be matted or attached to a foam board. There should be no hooks or wires attached and they should not be covered with acetate or glass. The maximum size for entry is 16 inches by 20 inches and the minimum size is 5 inches by 7 inches. Entry forms and tags are available at the extension office or on the website at webstercountyfairgroundsia.com.
