A Dayton woman is charged with intent to manufacture or deliver methamphetamine in Webster County.
Macey Marie Pals, 18, of Dayton, was stopped on 10th Street Southwest in Fort Dodge around 4 p.m. on Feb. 16 for a traffic stop. According to the criminal complaint, she was found in possession of between 5 grams and 5 kilograms of meth.
The charge is a Class B felony, punishable by up to 25 years in prison.
Pals had her initial appearance in Webster County Magistrate Court on Friday morning. She was released Friday afternoon on a $25,000 cash bail.
Pals' preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 16.
