POMEROY — New details on a weekend shooting death in Pomeroy have been revealed in court documents.
Michael Kenneth Hinners, 66, of Pomeroy, is charged with one count of first-degree murder for the death of his brother, Anthony Benedict Hinners, 59, also of Pomeroy.
According to the criminal complaint, the two brothers were arguing outside a residence at 210 Ontario St. around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. The argument was about a car that would not start.
