This car crash occurred just after 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Second Avenue North and North 14th Street after the driver of a red Chevy Malibu failed to stop for a stop sign and collided with a blue Mitsubishi Outlander, according to Sgt. Zach Stanley with the Fort Dodge Police Department. A third vehicle was also struck but sustained minor damage. Injuries were reported, including a child who suffered lacerations to the face and a mild head injury. Multiple people were treated on scene and released.
