Leonardo Gonzalez Pacheco, 19, was charged with second-degree sexual abuse, a Class B felony.

According to the criminal complaint, Pacheco allegedly sexually abused a minor under the age of 12 on July 31. The Messenger does not identify victims of sex crimes.

Pacheco is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Webster County Magistrate Court on Dec. 10.

In two separate cases, Pacheco is also charged with other crimes for showing pornographic vidoes on his cell phone to a woman and a 10-year-old girl.

According to court records, he went up to windows at each of the victim’s homes and placed his phone up to a window while playing a pornographic video, knowing the occupants of the home could see the videos.

For the woman, Pacheco was charged with first-degree harassment and trespassing. In the case involving the girl, he was charged with dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor, as well as harassment and trespassing.

For those two cases, Pacheco is scheduled to go to trial in January.
