Pendleton sentenced to life
The Fort Dodge man convicted of murdering the Rev. Al Henderson in October 2019, has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Joshua James Pendleton was convicted of first-degree murder and first-degree robbery by a Scott County jury in April. He was sentenced today at the Webster County Courthouse.
Henderson’s family was present to give victim impact statements.
