HUMBOLDT — Master Gardeners of Humboldt County and ISU Extension are holding an Open Class Horticulture Show from 1 to 9 p.m. SATURDAY and noon to 5 p.m. SUNDAY in the Polka Building at the Humboldt County Fairgrounds, Humboldt. Entries are open to the public from Humboldt and surrounding counties except professional arrangers and florists. There will be two age divisions, adult and youth (16 years and younger). Entries will be accepted from to 5 to 6 p.m. TODAY and 8 a.m. to noon SATURDAY. Judging begins at 1 p.m. Saturday and is open to the public to listen and learn from the judges. In Fort Dodge

FORT DODGE — Farmers Market is 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. SATURDAY behind Sparkle Car Wash, 319 S. 25th St., on the west side of Crossroads Mall.

FORT DODGE — Karl L. King Municipal Band Concert is 7:30 p.m. SUNDAY at the Karl L. King Band Shell in Oleson Park. There is no admission charge, courtesy of the city of Fort Dodge. Persons attending are reminded to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets and socially distance as much as possible. No seating is provided.

FORT DODGE — Soldier Creek Winery, 1584 Paragon Ave., is holding Vineyard Vibrations from 6 to 8 p.m. TODAY. Free live music will be provided by Nedd Freeley Funn Band. Food will be available for purchase.

FORT DODGE — Soldier Creek Winery, 1584 Paragon Ave., is holding Bingo from 3 to 5 p.m. SUNDAY. Those attending will receive one bingo card for each non-perishable food item donation. All food items received will be donated to Upper Des Moines Opportunity food pantry. There will be prizes for winners.

FORT DODGE — Faiferlick Martial Arts, 567 S. 25th St., is holding a free Women’s Self Defense Seminar from 1 to 3 p.m. SUNDAY. The seminar will be led by a certified female instructor. Participants ages 13 and older are welcome.

FORT DODGE — Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1436 21st Ave. N., will host a car/truck/motorcycle show from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. TODAY. Freewill offerings will be accepted. The show is free and open to the public, but a freewill offerings will be accepted. The proceeds will be given to Lutheran Family Service of Iowa. Games include pop ring-toss, duck pond game, popcorn, a lollipop tree, cornhole, Name That Tune and more. Free hot dogs, chips, water and lemonade will be served. The church will also sell ice cream floats.
