No one injured in fire near Coalville Sunday

A firefighter with the Duncombe Fire Department sprays a hose through a hole carved in an overhead door to fight a fire inside a garage at 2628 235th St., about three miles east of Coalville in rural Webster County. According to Otho Fire Chief Marty Smith, the fire, which was reported just before 5 p.m., was likely started by one of the vehicles stored inside the garage.

Firefighters with the Duncombe Fire Department use an electric saw to break through the wall of a garage that was on fire at 2628 235th St. in rural Webster County on Sunday afternoon. The fire started inside the garage, likely from one of the vehicles stored inside, according to Otho Fire Chief Marty Smith. The Otho and Duncombe fire departments worked together on the scene. There were no injuries.
