A Fort Dodge firefighter climbs a ladder against a brick building on Iowa Central Community College’s main campus Tuesday night to investigate a smoke alarm. Firefighters were called to the north side of the student services building at about 9:30 p.m. for a report of a smoke detector going off and smoke inside the building. The cause of the alarm remained under investigation Tuesday night. The Fort Dodge Police Department was also on scene.
