A Kia sedan was left with right side damage after a collision with a Buick Lucerne at the intersection of Second Avenue North and North 15th Street at approximately 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. Lt. Joe Bates of the Fort Dodge Police Department said the Kia was running a red light. Fort Dodge driver Savanna Conrad, 37, was cited for failure to obey a stop light and texting/using a mobile phone while driving.
