Under a sky just starting to get light, veterans boarded the 18th Brushy Creek Area Honor Flight in May at the Fort Dodge Regional Airport for their day in Washington, D.C.

The May 9, 2020 Brushy Creek Area Honor Flight is rescheduled for August 22, 2020.

The suspension is in response to concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19.

All veterans who were scheduled to go on the May 9 flight leaving from the Fort Dodge Regional Airport will be invited to go on the August 22 flight. Veterans will be notified by mail of the cancellation and rescheduling of this flight.
