A fallen tree near 733 F St. in Fort Dodge has caused a power outage for 958 MidAmerican Energy customers, MidAmerican Energy confirmed.

The power outage was reported at 2:19 p.m. Callers stated that a tree went down on a power line and also hit a parked car.

MidAmerican Energy crews are on scene to make repairs, but the energy company did not have an estimate for when power will be restored.
