Henderson murder suspect pleads not guilty

The man charged with murder and robbery in the homicide of Rev. Al Henderson pleaded not guilty in a written arraignment Monday morning.
Pendleton faces first-degree murder and first-degree robbery after police say he killed the Lutheran pastor in an Oct. 2 confrontation outside of St. Paul Lutheran.
The defendant’s trial has been scheduled to start on Dec. 10.
