The event features headliner Chris Janson. Gates open at 5 p.m. Brad Morgan performs from 5:30 to 6:30, Casey Muessigman from 6:45 to 8. Chris Jansen will play from 8:30 to 10. Tickets are $30.

The concert will impact traffic throughout the day and into Sunday.

It is anticipated to bring a significant number of pedestrian and vehicle traffic to the downtown area.

The Fort Dodge Police Department encourages those traveling in the area, as well as those attending, to use caution with the increased level of traffic.

Parking will be allowed throughout the area in any designated public parking area.

Police ask that public parking areas are being used without interfering with privately-owned spaces.

Concert-goers and community members will see an increased presence of law enforcement throughout the weekend.

In preparation for the anticipated large crowd, multiple agencies from around the region have been called in to assist and provide additional security in the downtown area.

“We are focused on the safety and well-being of those in our community and are taking appropriate measures,” Capt. Ryan Gruenberg said in a written statement.
