Matt Wilson, of the Fort Dodge Police Department, Runge was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed down the dead end road when he crashed into a truck parked next to a garage, left the roadway, and landed in a ravine. Runge was apparently uninjured in the crash. He is charged with operating while intoxicated.
