The intersection of Avenue O and Avenue B is closed until further notice, the city of Fort Dodge Public Works Department announced on Friday. The intersection is located just west of the Des Moines River. City officials advised not to drive through water that is covering a roadway. Motorists are urged to reduce speed and use caution in this area.
