United Bank of Iowa expands to Pocahontas

POCAHONTAS – United Bank of Iowa, headquartered in Ida Grove, has announces the addition of a new office in Pocahontas, pending regulatory approval. Scheduled to open on Oct. 1, United Bank of Iowa will do business in a temporary building at 210 Front Ave. until a new building can be constructed.

“With offices in Storm Lake, Rockwell City and Fort Dodge, adding an office in Pocahontas is a nice fit for this expanding market area,” said Owne C. Bolte, president and chief executive officer of United Bank of Iowa. “It will give our customers in the Pocahontas area the convenience of a local office and allow us to provide better service to our customers in the surrounding communities.
