Lyle Schwendemann, of Humboldt, demonstrated spinning during the Fall Fling at the Humboldt County Historical Museum. A retired teacher, Schwendemann said he learned the art of spinning in classes at the Blanden Memorial Art Museum in Fort Dodge.
