Almost lost amid a swirl of steam and whirling parts, John Griffith, of Cambridge, operates the 1904 Port Huron steam engine being used at the ninth annual West Central Region Cockshutt and Co-op Club threshing bee in Homer. All that power did not go to waste, the engine was connected to a separator by a long belt.
