Kelsey Minor, then 9, of Fort Dodge, drops off several donated pet care items at the Humane Society of North Central Iowa shelter for the animals awaiting homes. Minor started a donation drive in late January 2009 with the third-grade classes at Feelhaver Elementary School. The students filled several boxes and were able to provide several large bags of dog food as well.
