The Villa Care Singers rehearse for their upcoming Christmas singing event. They were going to sing Christmas carols to staff, relatives, friends and the public. The Villa Care Singers began as a restorative therapy program in 2001 under the direction of Jutta Beekman, R.N., restorative director. “Singing has been an effective way to enhance memory, speech and bring volume among other things,” Beekman said.
