Memorial Poker Run participants enter Memorial Park Cemetery to pay respect to Marine Sgt. Jon E. “JJ” Bonnell Jr. as they begin the run held in his honor. Proceeds were slated to establish a scholarship in Bonnell’s name at Fort Dodge Senior High School. He was a Marine who was killed in action in Iraq in August 2007.
