A crew of about two dozen inmates from the North Central Correctional Facility works to clear the streets in Otho. The facility has provided help in other areas hit by storms in the last few years. Web-ster County, along with the cities of Fort Dodge and Dayton, also contributed staff and dump trucks to help with the cleanup.
