For Richard Mills, starting his shift at Northwoods Products and Services wasn’t always easy, but with the encouragement and personal attention offered by Nicole Hanson, program technician, Mills had a whole new outlook as he was beginning his job shredding documents. In 2005, four programs at Northwoods Living Inc. were cited for excellence by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, an international accrediting body.
